Portal My Piconet dapat diakses melalui handphone maupun melalui perangkat komputer. My Piconet dapat diakses di my.piconet.id. Apabila Anda mendapatkan WhatsApp dari Piconet, dapat segera dibayarkan tagihannya sebelum masa jatuh tempo. Apabila Anda belum membayarkan tagihannya hingga jatuh tempo berakibat internet anda ter-isolir (tidak dapat digunakan sementara) hingga tagihan telah dibayarkan lunas. Berikut ini adalah tata cara untuk membayar tagihan melalui My Piconet :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pembayaran melalui Handphone \/ Smart Phone<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buka browser atau aplikasi Google Chrome, kemudian buka link <a href=\"https:\/\/my.piconet.id\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/my.piconet.id\/\">my.piconet.id<\/a>. Nanti akan muncul tampilan seperti gambar di bawah ini. <strong>ID Pelanggan<\/strong> bisa diisi dengan nomor id pelanggan yang dikirimkan melalui pesan WhatsApp Piconet atau di lembaran Berita Acara Instalasi yang diberikan oleh teknisi. <strong>Password <\/strong>bisa diisi dengan nomor handphone yang digunakan untuk pendaftaran, atau password terbaru Anda apabila telah diganti. Setelah itu akan muncul kode pembayaran tagihan internet Anda. Untuk pembayaran pada bulan selanjutnya, Anda dapat menggunakan nomor virtual account yang sama.
